Belgrade wants UN members states to back its demands that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) assesses the legality of Kosovo's unilateral independence declaration. "Montenegro will back Serbia's initiative" Montenegrin Foreign Minister Milan Rocen told the Podgorica daily Vijesti in an interview published on Wednesday that his country will vote in favor. The session in New York this Wednesday will be attended by charge de affairs of the Montenegrin Mission to the UN Gojko Celebic, since head of the Mission Nebojsa Kaludjerovic is in Podgorica, where he is taking part in regular annul consultations with the country's leadership and the top officials of the foreign ministry Rocen revealed. There are indications that the Montenegrin government might recognize Kosovo Albanians' declaration soon, Tanjug news agency says, since Rocen and Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic have both indirectly hinted such a possibility in parliament on Friday, while such a move has also been announced by Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic.
