The Association of WW2 Camp Inmates from the Republic of Srpska has submitted to the European Court of Human Rights further material for its suit against Croatia. Association President Gojko Knezevic said that the court in Strasbourg had recently informed the Association that the suit against Croatia, as the successor to the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) formed by the Nazis during the Second World War, had been accepted, Banja Luka electronic media reported today. WW2 camp survivors to sue Croatia Knezevic said that the surviving camp inmates were demanding EUR 300mn in compensation from the Croatian state for genocide committed against Serb and other non-Croat civilians in concentration camps on the territory of the NDH during the war.
