A summit of regional leaders in Macedonia said that Balkan nations and Turkey are integral to European stability. They should be swiftly accepted into the European Union, the summit brings together presidents of Central Southeast European countries concluded Friday. "There are still risks, which must not be underestimated," he said, adding that "even the European Union could not reach a common position" on the issue of Kosovo.
