Greek Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis addressed the issue of Kosovo's recognition in Tirana Thursday. Greece will examine the question carefully before taking a decision on whether to recognize Kosovo's unilaterally declared independence. Greece will "examine" Kosovo recognition "We are extremely keen to preserve peace and stability in the region. As you know, Greece has troops within KFOR. It is our firm belief that the EU's political mission should be there in Kosovo and we will also joint that mission." "But, a decision on the recognition of Kosovo has not been made yet," Bakoyannis told a news conference in the Albanian capital.
