Croatia yet to hand over Storm documents

Hague Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz says that Croatia's cooperation regarding a request for military documents is yet to produce desired results. The Hague prosecution’s request pertains to artillery log from the 1995 military and police onslaught against the country’s Serb areas, known as “Operation Storm”. The Croatian authorities were asked to carry out an investigation on the missing documents, including artillery log books, he said. Brammertz commended the decision of Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor to constitute a working group for the issue. He expressed hope that the endeavors underway will be pursued and produce the desired results. Brammertz told the EP that he has nothing significant to add to the report he presented to the UN Security Council in December 2009.
