Radojevic told B92 that, late last and early this month, dozens of citizens who hold such documents filed complaints with the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs because they were refused entry or exit from Kosovo to central Serbia, but also to the Republic of Macedonia.

He added that he asked the police about the legal basis for such a decision, and that the director general of the police replied by saying this was "in line with the 2011 Brussels agreement on freedom of movement."
