This is primarily concerns to the events that led to NATO's 1999 bombing of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montengro), and comes in the wake of Walker's recent statements about his work on a project of "unification" of Albanians.

According to the report, a letter will be to the OSCE, on behalf of the state, by Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.

"The reputation of the organization, which has missions in crisis areas around the world, has been seriously called into question. Walker, as the head of the OSCE verification mission in Kosovo and Metohija, was practically the creator of the report on the events in Racak, which served as the trigger for NATO's bombing campaign. His admission now sheds a completely different light on these events, and the OSCE must not remain silent," said Dacic.

Serbia will also express its stance on the issue during the May 16 session of the UN Security Council, which will be addressed by Serbian Justice Minister Nela Kuburovic.

Kuburovic told the newspaper that she plans to stress that Serbia is committed to peace and continued dialogue with Pristina, but will not remain silent before threats made by Albanian political leaders, Greater Albania lobbyists, and those who oppose the establishment of the Specialist Court for prosecution of war crimes committed by the KLA.

William Walker, an American who in 1999 headed the verification mission of the OSCE in Kosovo and whose report on Racak - where Serbian security forces allegedly carried out a massacre of Albanian civilians - served as a prelude to NATO's bombing, recently said in Pristina that he advocated for Kosovo's independence in the past, and now has a plan for unification of all Albanians.

Serbian Prime Minister and President-elect Aleksandar Vucic reacted to this by referring to Walker as "a Greater Albania lobbyist."
