Serbia-Slovenia relations described as "excellent"
Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic was in Ljubljana, Slovenia on Wednesday for an official visit.

Dacic also visited the City Hall spoke with Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic, as well as with representatives of the Serb community in Slovenia at the Serbian embassy, the government said in a statement.According to the same source, Dacic's meeting with Slovenian officials concerned "promotion of bilateral relations, economic cooperation, succession, European integration, migration, the situation in the Western Balkans and relations with neighboring countries," when "excellent relations between Serbia and Slovenia were highlighted, with an emphasis on the economic sphere."
Trade between the two countries reached EUR 1 billion and is growing every year, with Slovenia being Serbia’s 9th biggest partner in foreign trade, and Serbia Slovenia’s 6th biggest trade partner.
The Slovenian side "expressed satisfaction with the successful implementation of the Succession Agreement, which is one of the most important issues for Slovenia in bilateral relations."
"The visit has confirmed good relations between the two countries, common interests and the strengthening of economic cooperation," said the statement, issued by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
