U.S. ambassador says he "didn't understand what PM meant"

Asked whether he recognized himself in PM Aleksandar Vucic's statement about "some foreign ambassadors attempting to meddle and influence even where Serbia locates its army units," the diplomat said he "did not understand the prime minister."

Scott also advised asking Vucic himself to explain "what exactly he meant."
