Natalya Apostolova has been appointed as head of the EU Office in Kosovo, EU's External Action Service (EEAS) announced on Thursday.

EU's Libya rep appointed as office head in Kosovo

EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini also decided to appoint 16 other new heads of EU's missions around the world, as part of "regular annual rotations."

Thus Samuel Zbogar, from whom Apostolova takes over, is the new head of the EU Delegation to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the EEAS website said.
