"All requests that seek to delay the setting up of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) are unacceptable," says Ljubomir Maric.

Delays to ZSO "unacceptable" - Serb minister in Kosovo govt.

He told Tanjug on Tuesday that he expected the part of the Brussels agreement relevant to setting up the ZSO to be implemented without further delay, which meant a charter for it was to be drafted and approved and a ZSO constitutive session convened soon after that.

"To us as political actor representing our people, all requests for further delay in the setting up of the ZSO are no longer acceptable and we will insist more and more, every day, that the agreement on the ZSO continues to be implemented," said Maric.

Maric pointed out that the international community was the guarantor of the Brussels agreement and the biggest responsibility rested on their shoulders.

The Serbs do not want to be pointing their finger at anyone and they have no intention of causing any conflicts, but it was the international community who led the talks and who are obligated to implement what was agreed, Maric said.
