Pristina wants "all powers transferred from EU mission"

The paper published a document in which Pristina calls on the EU to by mid-June transfer all cases initiated or investigated by EULEX to the local judiciary.

The document provides for the transfer of "sensitive" cases and information, including the documents that the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) was responsible for in the past.

The list of demands also contains ending the mandate of three international judges of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.

"The successful completion of EULEX's mandate requires a joint action plan of Kosovo and the EU. Kosovo authorities will not take any bilateral action in this process. The transfer of the competences of EULEX should be a concerted effort through coordinated action between Kosovo and the EU," said on the document, as quoted by Tanjug.
