PM, Russian ambassador discuss Fiat exports

PM Aleksandar Vucic discussed with Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Chepurin on Thursday "implementation of agreements on economic cooperation."

On the occasion, Vucic said he expected a deal on "exports of Serbian-made Fiat vehicles to the Eurasian Economic Union to also be reached."

Vucic received Chepurin "to discuss possibilities for implementing a number of agreements on economic cooperation, in particular in the automotive and construction industries, " he Serbian government said in a statement.

A Serbia-Russia working group on strategic matters is expected to start work soon.

Vucic and Chepurin also exchanged views on "key political issues, Serbia's military neutrality as well as other regional and international issues."

President receives US ambassador

President Aleksandar Vucic received on Wednesday US Ambassador to Belgrade Kyle Scott, with whom he discussed "bilateral relations and regional issues."
