The agreement will make it possible for the Serbian and Albanian public to learn more about the latest political and economic developments, be up to date with tourism and culture news and also to find out more about each other’s national customs, said Podgorica.

Tanjug Director Branka Djukic pointed to years of Tanjug and ATA fostering a quality, professional relationship in the interest of the public in both countries and in the wider region.

It is very good that we have institutionalized cooperation and laid a wider foundation for it at a moment when relations between Albania and Serbia are on the improve, Djukic said.

Djukic said that there was no better way for ATA and Tanjug to keep the two countries’ citizens well-informed about current developments in both countries and bilateral issues, which should all lead to a better mutual understanding.
