After a meeting with Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Tamar Beruchashvili, Dacic said that Serbia also supports Georgia's aspirations to join the European Union.

"We support a faster integration of both Serbia and Georgia into the European structures, which also includes the lifting of EU visa requirements for the citizens of Georgia," said Dacic.

The Serbian foreign minister said that the two countries have signed agreements on allowing visa free access to the holders of official and diplomatic passports, adding that Georgia has introduced visa free regime for the citizens of Serbia.

"Serbia has reciprocated and will continue to do so, but an intergovernmental agreement is necessary in order to lift the visa requirements for all types of passport holders. This would imply full liberalization of our visa regime,” said Dacic.

OSCE supports the stability of the South Caucasus region and therefore it will make maximum efforts to preserve and promote the dialogue in Geneva and find a solution which would be suitable for all, Dacic also said in Tbilisi on Tuesday.

Dacic said that he is satisfied with the cooperation between Georgia's state bodies and his special representative for the South Caucasus Angelo Gnaedinger, stressing that OSCE wants to help overcome all consequences of the 2008 conflict.

A solution can be found without raising status issues, Dacic said.

Beruchashvili welcomed the OSCE participation in the Geneva dialogue, stressing that Georgia is determined not to use military forces to resolve conflicts.

She underlined that Georgia wants OSCE to give its assessment of, as she put it, the destructive and unconstructive moves by Russia, adding that the signing of an agreement between occupied territories and Russia is a flagrant violation of all international rights.

Previously, Dacic had meetings in Tbilisi with President Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili and Parliament Speaker David Usupashvili.
