The Serbian government has been well-aware of these expectations for a good while now, states the embassy's release filed to Tanjug.

Now that the Kosovo government has finally been set up, it is important to continue a high-level political dialogue as soon as possible and contribute to faster closing of the gaps in the implementation of the Agreement on normalization of relations reached in April 2013, states the document.

According to the release, the EU expects Serbia and Kosovo to make further progress in the normalization of relations.

In the release, the German embassy also said that the media claims are not true according to which there is a list drafted in Berlin that comprises 11 points Serbia is required to meet prior to opening Chapter 35.
