The government's secretary general told RTS that an agreement in principle on this issue had been reached in Brussels. Elections in Kosovo "according to 2012 model" Odalovic pointed out that in 2012 in Kosovo, with the assistance of the OSCE, the entire election procedure was conducted in 90 polling stations where more than 35,000 people turned out to vote. Odalovic added that "not a single incident had been reported then." Speaking about preparations for the election, he expressed his hope that the Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) "will work smoothly because there is not much political passion and tension," which is why he is convinced that the procedure will be carried out fully in accordance with the law. Odalovic said that it was "very important that during the election campaign and the voting there is no halt in the conduct of state affairs," adding that the government will continue to hold regular meetings despite its technical term, "so that all what was planned is done." According to him, "as early as next week screening withing the European integration process begins", while on February 12 the Kosovo dialogue continues in Brussels. (Tanjug, file) Beta
