KOSOVSKA MITROVICA Oliver Ivanovic has confirmed that the constitutive session of the northern Kosovska Mitrovica municipal assembly is scheduled for Friday. In a statement for Tanjug, the leader of the Civic Initiative SDP noted that this was "the last favorable moment, which needs to be used." K.
