BELGRADE The Higher Court president has reacted to reports about Judge Vladimir Vucinic's removal as president of the Special Court by saying he never held the position. Aleksandar Stepanovic told Tanjug that Judge Vucinic, in charge of the trial of Miroslav Miskovic, held the office of president of the Department for Organized Crime, and that his mandate expired based on the Higher Court's schedule for next year.
