BRUSSELS The first day of bilateral screening related to Chapter 24, which refers to police and human rights, started in Brussels on Wednesday morning. Aside for Tanja Miscevic, Serbian chief negotiator, Serbia's numerous delegation of officials and experts will be headed by Vanja Vukic, state secretary at the Ministry of the Interior.
