BUCHAREST Energy Minister Zorana Mihajlovic on Monday refused to name the cabinet minister whom she said was "not acting in line with the government policy." Speaking in Bucharest, she said that it was "more important to point out that the ministers in the Serbian government are under obligation to carry out the government policy" regardless what they think about any government decision. Minister won't name colleague she criticized Mihajlovic was quoted as saying that "once the government is exited, then there is consensus and we must all behave like that, because, that, too, is a way for everyone to respect us." This statement came after the minister over the weekend told a Belgrade newspaper that there was a government member who "spoke contrary to the official state policy in public gatherings abroad." On Monday, Mihajlovic did not wish to further explain this accusation, or say who she had in mind, noting only that her intention was to state that ministers "as appointed members of the government, are under obligation to carry out the government policy, regardless of what they intimately think about any decision." (Ministry of Energy, file) "Joint projects" Zorana Mihajlovic on Monday in Bucharest conferred with Romanian Minister Delegate for Energy Constantin Nita, and said afterwards that "the realization of numerous projects is being planned, which will make Serbia a transit center for energy transmission." "Today, we have talked about the projects we are working on and the ones we are planning. We will soon welcome the Romanian minister to Belgrade," the Serbian minister told reporters. This refers to the gas interconnection between Arad in Romania and Mokrin in Serbia, an oil interconnection between the two countries, and the building of a 400 kW power transmission network, she said. "That is why we have agreed to organize a meeting in Belgrade very soon, in which we will discuss the realization of the projects in more detail, together with public enterprises which are involved in this on both sides," she added. Serbia and Romania have really good bilateral cooperation, she said, noting that the trade amounts to EUR 1.4 billion, and Serbia's exports to Romania stand at around EUR 700 million. Mihajlovic is on a visit to Bucharest as member of the Serbian delegation led by Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, which will take part in a meeting between the Chinese prime minister and heads of government of Central and Eastern Europe in the Romanian capital on Tuesday. Besides Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang, Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta and the Serbian delegation, the summit is bringing together the prime ministers of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. The first such meeting was held in Warsaw in 2012. During the summit, officials will consider the Chinese government's plan for investing EUR 10 billion in the development of infrastructure in the countries of Eastern and Central Europe. Tanjug
