BELGRADE President Tomislav Nikolic will be on a working visit to Russia on Tuesday and Wednesday, during which he will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin. The talks will address bilateral relations between Serbia and Russia and the start of construction works on the South Stream gas pipeline.
