BRUSSELS Ivica Dacic said late on Monday after his meeting with Hashim Thaci that it was "one of the most successful meetings in Brussels." Dacic said that they also agreed on the participation of the Serbs in the Central Election Commission and that 12,000 more Kosovo Serbs in the four municipalities in the north would be included in election rolls.
