BELGRADE Aleksandar Vucic is confident there will be changes in the city government in Belgrade, adding that "technical agreements" on that subject remain to be reached. "I am confident that we will have changes. I'm sorry that some change their opinion every two months and then try to defend it," the deputy PM and SNS party leader told the tabloid Blic, when asked if early elections would he held in the capital. "We have taken all measures to tell our people how the important these elections are for our country, for their future.
