BELGRADE Aleksandar Vulin and Norwegian Ambassador to Serbia Nils Ragnar Kamsvag agree that local elections in Kosovo are of crucial importance. They both "hope that Pristina will do everything possible to enable the Serbs in Kosovo and those internally displaced to turn out in massive numbers and vote for their representatives," Tanjug reported.
