BELGRADE PM Ivica Dacic has said that the subject of replacing the city government in Belgrade "will certainly be talked about in the coming days." It is only a matter of how it will be carried out, Dacic, who is also the leader of the Socialists (SPS), specified. PM likens criticism of him to "unnatural fornication" Commenting on the criticism of him and the SPS voiced by DS leader and Belgrade Mayor Dragan Djilas, Dacic said it was akin to "unnatural fornication": "How could someone think it's possible for the Socialists in Belgrade to listen to Djilas' tirades against me, him praising other parties, criticizing me, and think this is totally harmonious? That is unnatural fornication and we cannot take part in it." Dacic also noted that the ruling coalition in Belgrade - made up of the SPS and the DS - was forged "under pressure from (former president and DS leader) Boris Tadic. The prime minister said he abandoned an already signed coalition agreement with the SNS and the DSS parties - "in order to make local and republic-level authorities suitable." "How come that was fine when his chair was on the line in 2008, while now it's not democratic and natural? But nevermind, now he'll have much more time to read Hemingway." Commenting on Djilas' statement that the DS "taught Dacic what Europe is," the prime minister said it was "obvious how much they knew about Europe," and added that he did not notice that "anyone in Europe" was sorry the Democrats (DS) were no longer in power.
