BELGRADE President Tomislav Nikolic is on Monday in Belgrade meeting with representatives of Serbs from central Kosovo. According to what Tanjug learned in Pristina, Nikolic will talk with the heads of central districts of Kosovo, and the topic is - participation in the local elections in Kosovo on November 3. President meets with Serb representatives Most of these district chiefs, according to what Tanjug learned, have been preparing to participate in the elections for a while, and after the meeting with the president plan to register a citizens' initiative or group of citizens with the Central Election Commission in Pristina. At the previous meeting between the president and representatives of Serbs from Kosovo, which was attended by Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, Niikolic told them to make a decision about participation in the local elections as soon as possible, because, as he said, "time is passing and we will dream tomorrow about what we do not do today." Zvecan Mayor Dragisa Milovic said after that meeting: "We have heard again that the elections would be held with or without us." Meanwhile, representatives of four Serb municipalities in the north of the province decided at a session of the provisional Assembly of Kosovo and Metohija held in Zvecan that the November elections are unacceptable.
