Pristina is insisting that Kosovo be given an international calling code, which Belgrade finds unacceptable. Serbian officials recalled that under the Brussels agreement, all solutions must be status neutral and warned that Pristina is trying to impose Kosovo's self-proclaimed statehood in every way, including this one. Veljko Odalovic, the Serbian government's secretary general, said Thursday that the Serbian operator built a competitive telecommunications network in Kosovo.
