BELGRADE Government office for EU Integration Director Milan Pajevic has submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Ivica Dacic. Pajevic took over at the helm of the office a year ago, and was suggested for the post by the United Regions of Serbia (URS), which is no longer a member of the ruling coalition. EU Integration Office director resigns "On the occasion of the decision not to include Mladjan Dinkic and Suzana Grubjesic - on whose invitation I accepted the post of EU Integrations Office Director a year ago - in the reshuffled government, I am asking to be relieved of this duty," Pajevic wrote, and added: "It has been my pleasure and honor to, for the past year, work in the best branch of the Serbian administration. I expect that the process of Serbia's European integration will continue successfully, to which my colleagues from the Office for EU integrations will, as before, make immeasurable contribution."
