BELGRADE Aleksandar Vulin says Serbia will insist on the status-neutrality of all agreements reached to date and it will show is ready to implement the Brussels deal. This will happen "both at a session of the UN Security Council in New York and in the continuation of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue in Brussels,", Tanjug reported on Thursday, quoting the director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija. Vulin expects progress both in New York, Brussels “I expect that we will make progress both in New York and Brussels and that we will show that we are ready to put the agreement in practice in all the elements which are unambiguous,” Vulin said. “In New York just like in Brussels, we will of course insist that all agreements which have been reached are status-neutral and that they cannot determine the final status of the area we call Kosovo-Metohija,” Vulic said. As for the Brussels talks, Vulin expects that Pristina will act in line with the desires of both the international community and Serbia to finally adopt the bill on amnesty so that this could be followed by all actions which have been agreed by the deal. Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic will address the UNSC session on Friday at which the regular, quarterly report of UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon will be presented. The Belgrade-Pristina dialogue on the implementation of the Brussels agreement will continue for the third day in Brussels, and Vulin and Advisor of the President Marko Djuric have joined the Belgrade negotiating team. The talks between the two teams ended on Wednesday evening without any statements for the media, and its topics were the justice system and organization of local elections in the Serb municipalities.
