BELGRADE Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic will attend a summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) foreign ministers and the EU. The summit will begin on Thursday and end on January 28. Nikolic to attend CELAC-EU summit in Chile According to a release issued by Nikolic's office, the Serbian president will meet with Chilean President Sebastian Pinera, Portuguese President Pedro Passos Coehlo, Cuban President Raul Castro, Romanian President Traian Basescu and other officials.
