BELGRADE Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic met Tuesday with Heads of Mission of the Member States of the EU to discuss Serbia's EU pathway. They also discussed the progress achieved in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and the upcoming challenges which the country is facing in this respect. Nikolic presents Kosovo platform to EU ambassadors This exchange of views followed the European Council meeting which took place last week and the encouraging messages received from the 27 member states, the EU Delegation to Serbia has released. The meeting is a part of an established practice of EU Heads of Missions to meet regularly with the Serbian president as well as with other Serbian leaders in order to discuss issues and to stimulate political and economic cooperation with a view to deepen relations between the EU and Serbia. Nikolic attended the meeting following the joint invitation of Head of EU Delegation Vincent Degert and Cypriot Ambassador Nafsika Krousti, the statement reads. On Monday, Nikolic met with Ambassadors of Russia, China and Great Britain, Alexander Chepurin, Zhang Wanxue and Michael Davenport respectively, whom he informed about the development of the national strategy for Kosovo.
