BRUSSELS The third meeting in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina under EU's mediation will be held on Tuesday in Brussels. Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaci will sit at the same table again. "Key meeting" expected in Brussels on Tuesday A new round of talks mediated by the head of EU's diplomacy Ashton Kertrin is scheduled for late afternoon. As was the case a month ago, the president of the Serbian government will first meet with Ashton around 18:00 CET. She will have a separate meeting with Thaci, before the three of them sit down to dinner together. The main topic of discussion will be the agreement on integrated management of the administrative line crossings, whose trial implementation is to begin on December 10 at Jarinje, Merdare and Konculj. The agreement was reached during the technical dialogue in March of this year, and its implementation has so far been co-ordinated by representatives of the working groups in a series of separate meetings. A brief statement from Ashton's office said that the meeting represented the third round of the dialogue, and that she expected it to discuss further progress in this direction. Otherwise, technical teams set up to implement the agreements reached so far in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina have been meeting in Brussels for the last two days. So far the most positive report on Serbia is awaiting Dacic and Thaci in Brussels, which found its way before the European Parliament, as explained by rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin. So many positive tones in Kacin's report, which is normally quite severe, are there thanks to the dialogue between Dacic and Thaci, which was referred to as historic by Kacin. Head of EU Delegation to Serbia Vincent Deger said that the meeting today was crucial for getting a date to start negotiations with the EU. He said there would be no new conditions or surprises when it comes to requirements to be met, adding that the third meeting of the Dacic and Thaci comes at the right time.
