Parliament to decide on ex-minister’s immunity on Monday
Serbian parliament’s Administrative Committee proposed on Saturday that Democratic Party (DS) MP Oliver Dulić’s immunity be revoked.

BELGRADE Serbian parliament’s Administrative Committee proposed on Saturday that Democratic Party (DS) MP Oliver Dulic’s immunity be revoked. This is according to parliamentary Administrative Committee President Zoran Babic. Parliament to decide on ex-minister’s immunity on Monday The Administrative Committee, that held the session behind closed doors, decided in a majority vote to propose that Dulic’s immunity be revoked. The Serbian parliament should discuss the issue and make a decision on Monday, Babic explained. According to him, the session was attended by two DS MPs. The Organized Crime Prosecution filed a request to revoke Dulic’s immunity to parliament on Saturday. Dulic is suspected of abuse of office during his term in office as an environment and spatial planning minister. Police tried to arrest him on Saturday morning but he pleaded immunity.
