Head of the OSCE mission in Kosovo Werner Almhofer condemned on Friday violent incidents that occurred throughout the day on 28 June. He called for a thorough investigation of the incidents and allegations of excessive use of force by some police officers. OSCE wants Vidovdan incidents in Kosovo investigated "The reported attacks on the police and people traveling on buses are unacceptable and I strongly condemn them,” said Almhofer. “I am concerned about reports of excessive use of force by some police officers, and I call on the Kosovo Police Inspectorate to investigate any police misconduct," he said.
