NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has said that "everyone should understand" that Kosovo will not be partitioned. According to an article in the Pristina-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore, he stated that NATO would, through its KFOR mission, "do everything to ensure freedom of movement for all". According to the newspaper, he stressed that the "issue of northern Kosovo" should be solved politically, and that it should be reached through dialogue.
