Russia's President Vladmir Putin has congratulated Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) leader Tomislav Nikolic on the election victory, the Kremlin has stated. “I am convinced that we will with joint efforts continue to work on realization of the existing agreements, including the realization of great investment projects, strengthen coordination of approach in the international arena for the benefit of our states, in the interest of European stability and security,” Putin said.
