A total of 32.17 percent out of 109,113 citizens with voting rights in Kosovo cast their ballots in the presidential and parliamentary elections. Tanjug news agency also quoted OSCE spokesman Nikola Gaon as saying that "not a single incident occurred in Kosovo during the elections". OSCE says turnout in Kosovo was 32.17% OSCE's task was to ensure conditions for normal performance of the voting, while the votes would be counted in Rasska and Vranje in central Serbia, it was reported earlier. Electoral rolls and all electoral materials were prepared by the Republic Electoral Commission and were transferred to Kosovo by OSCE vehicles protected by members of the Kosovo police, KPS, reported Tanjug. At the same time, local elections were held in two municipalities in northern Kosovo that the OSCE did not help organize, and which were also not supported by the governments in Belgrade and Pristina and some in the international community.
