The EU-sponsored talks have been held in Brussels in several rounds since March 2011.
The report adopted by the government on Thursday also pertained to an agreement reached in February, regulating Kosovo's participation in regional meetings.
Government Media Office chief Milivoje Mihajlović told a news conference that the negotiating team "insisted on full and consistent respect of the UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and the Serbian Constitution".
"It was then agreed that representatives of the interim institutions in Priština be represented in regional gatherings with a footnote that is in line with Resolution 1244 and the opinion of the International Court of Justice (on the Kosovo Albanians UDI)," said he.
