EU facilitator to visit Belgrade next week

EU facilitator Robert Cooper should visit Serbia next week. A date for the continuation of the talks is also expected to be set soon. He added that the exact date for the continuation of the talks would be known if progress was made regarding respect of the UN Security Council Resolution 1244.

Sources from the EU have confirmed that Cooper will visit both Priština and Belgrade next week in order to see how much progress could be made, primarily regarding Kosovo’s participation in regional meetings.
