Kosovo Diaspora Minister Ibrahim Makolli will not come to the southern Serbian town of Bujanovac today because he was not allowed to enter central Serbia. Bujanovac Mayor Shaip Kamberi has said that Makolli had to turn back and return to Kosovo. He told Beta news agency that the Serbian police at the Končulj crossing did not allow the Kosovo minister to cross the administrative line and that he was on his way back to Priština.

Makolli was supposed to meet with Kamberi and Preševo Mayor Ragmi Mustapha and Albanian National Council President Galip Beqiri on Thursday.
