Kosovo team chief Edita Tahiri has reiterated Kosovo government’s position that the dialogue only encompasses technical issues. She also dismissed the possibility of it ever moving into the political arena. Pristina team head: Dialogue technical, not political In a conversation with political analysts and journalists on Radio Television of Kosovo, Tahiri said Serbia was a weak factor in diplomacy. Commenting on the two Germanies model which Serbian President Boris Tadic has proposed as a solution for the Kosovo issue, the Pristina team chief said the model could be talked about in the case of Kosovo and Albania, but not as a solution to the problems between Belgrade and Pristina.
