Kosovo Ministry State Secretary Oliver Ivanovic believes that the issue of northern Kosovo will be solved after the parliamentary elections. The voting is expected to take place in the spring. "The problems will begin to be solved, but what's important is that we are brave, decisive and above all wise," said this government official. Ivanovic reiterated that there would be no abolishment of Serbia's institutions in the north, and that the proof was in the fact the ministry's budget was increased compared to last year. "That means that our institutions will continue to exist, however, a possibility of rationalization is not being ruled out," state the state secretary.
