The agreement on freedom of movement, which was reached in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, will come into effect as of Monday. Serbia's interior minister does not expect any problem and has said that, as regards the police, people with IDs will cross the administrative line smoothly. IM expects "no problems" in implementation Ivica Dacic also said that the persons with adequate documents, namely the ID, will have no problem, the same goes for the vehicles with the KS license plates and the entry/exit document of limited duration. When it comes to the vehicles with the "RKS" - i.e., "republic of Kosovo" license plates - "they must take out license plates which confirm status neutrality and are acceptable for Serbia" said Dacic, who is also deputy prime minister. “In my opinion, one of the problems refers to the car insurance, that is the ability to receive compensation for possible damage. The insurance is not under the police jurisdiction, but I think that a reduction in cost should be envisaged,” Dacic said.
