President Boris Tadic appointed on Monday Lt. Gen. Ljubisa Dikovic as the Serbian Army (VS) chief of the general staff. This was announced by the president's press service. New VS chief of general staff appointed Lt. Gen. Aleksandar Zivkovic will serve as the head of the Defense Ministry Inspectorate. Brig. Gen. Milan Mojsilovcc is to assume command of the Land Forces, while Col. Petar Boskovic will lead the Human Resources Department (J-1) of the General Staff. Brig. Gen. New VS chief of general staff appointed

Lt. Gen. Aleksandar Živković will serve as the head of the Defense Ministry Inspectorate.

Brig. Gen. Milan Mojsilovćc is to assume command of the Land Forces, while Col. Petar Bošković will lead the Human Resources Department (J-1) of the General Staff.

Brig. Gen. Danko Jovanović was promoted to major general. Colonels Vaso Grujić, Dejan Janković and Marijan Novaković were promoted to brigadier generals.
