Serbian PM Mirko Cvetkovic met on Thursday in Madrid with Spanish King Juan Carlos to conclude that the two countries' relations were "excellent and friendly". Cvetkovic should also meet with Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero in Madrid later in the day.
