Hague Tribunal Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz will arrive here on a two-day visit on Monday, it has been announced. Brammertz said ahead of the visit that one of the topics of the meetings with his hosts in Belgrade will be to determine how Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic evaded arrest for such a long time. Chief Hague prosecutor visits Belgrade President of the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague and Minister of Labor and Social Policy Rasim Ljajic has stated for Tanjug that Serbia has met all obligations towards the Hague, and there are no new conditions in that respect. "We will discuss other aspects of cooperation referring to the delivery of documentation, and access to archives and witnesses," Ljajic said. He added that, so far, Serbia has realized full cooperation in these areas, adding that there are no unresolved requests at this point. Brammertz's advisor Frederick Swinnen earlier told Tanjug that, during his visit to Belgrade, Brammertz will meet with Ljajic, War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic, as well as members of the action team and operational services who were involved in the arrest of fugitives Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic. The meetings will focus on the recent arrests of the two fugitives and continuing cooperation related to ongoing trials, Swinnen said. This will be Brammertz's first visit since Serbia arrested and extradited the last two Hague fugitives, Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic. Mladic was arrested on May 26, and Hadzic on July 20. Chief Hague prosecutor visits Belgrade

President of the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague and Minister of Labor and Social Policy Rasim Ljajić has stated for Tanjug that Serbia has met all obligations towards the Hague, and there are no new conditions in that respect.
