A founding assembly of the Bosniak Academy of Sciences and Arts (BANU), which will have 21 members, was held in Novi Pazar on Thursday. Ferid Muhic was appointed as president of the academy which will have two seats-in Novi Pazar, southwestern Serbia, and Sarajevo, Bosnia. Tanjug news agency reported that another is member of the Bosnian Muslim wartime presidency Ejup Ganic. Ganic was previously charged in Serbia for war crimes he committed during the war in Bosnia. Bosniak Academy founded in Novi Pazar
