PM Mirko Cvetkovic met in Nicosia today with Cypriot President Dimitris Christofias during a visit "intended to improve relations between the two counties". Cvetkovic laid a wreath at the statue of former Cypriot President Archbishop Makarios III. Serbian prime minister visits Cyprus The Serbian official will also meet with Cypriot Parliament Speaker Yiannakis Omirou. Cvetkovic will focus on improving the relations with Cyprus during his visit, especially when it comes to Cyprus' assistance in Serbia's EU integration. The Serbian prime minister and Cypriot president will address a Serbia-Cyprus business forum on Tuesday and invite Cypriot companies to invest in Serbia. Cvetkovic will also meet with head of the Church of Cyprus Archbishop Chrysostomos II in Nicosia. The Serbian delegation includes head of the government office for EU integration Milica Delevic, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrki. and State Secretary for Finance Vuk Djokovic. (Tanjug)
