Opposition Serb Radical Party (SRS) Vice President Dragan Todorovic assessed that there is "obviously no justice in the Hague Tribunal". The court's decision to reject party leader Vojislav Seselj's motion for release "completely deprived him of his rights", said Todorovic. He believes there is no evidence against Seselj, and that even judge Jean-Claude Antonetti admitted that the trial against the SRS leader has gone on for too long. Todorovic said that the SRS's claims that the Hague is under the influence of the U.S. and Western powers were proven true, and that the goal is to blame the events of the past twenty years on the victims, while letting those responsible go free. "The Hague has taken on the role of prosecutor against the ideology of Vojislav Šešelj, the ideology of Serbian nationalism," the SRS MP told reporters at the party's headquarters in Zemun.

He believes there is no evidence against Šešelj, and that even judge Jean-Claude Antonetti admitted that the trial against the SRS leader has gone on for too long.

Todorović said that the SRS's claims that the Hague is under the influence of the U.S. and Western powers were proven true, and that the goal is to blame the events of the past twenty years on the victims, while letting those responsible go free.
